RV DAILY/WEEKLY RATES (Two People) Daily rates - $31.70 Includes Tax        Weekly rates - $205.02 Includes Tax NOTE: Add one dollar per day for each additional person. No charge for electric for daily or weekly. Cable, water, sewer, trash and WI-FI access in community center are provided by the park. MONTHLY RV SITE RATE (Two People) Monthly rate $380.00 plus electricity. Four month rental is $1280.00, payable in advance, non-refundable. NOTE: Add one dollar per day for each additional person. No charge for electric for daily or weekly. Cable, water, sewer, trash and WI-FI access in community center are provided by the park. MOBILE HOME RATES     The lot rental for each single wide mobile is $301.00 plus electric and for double wide mobile home is $311.00 plus electric per month. Cost for natural gas is also the responsibility of the mobile home owner. The Park provides, at no cost to the mobile home owner, cable, water, sewer and trash pick-up. All mobile homes are privately owned no rentals are authorized. Must be owner occupied for any guest to reside in the mobile. All guest staying more than 10 days will be subject to a daily fee and must be registered at the office.
