MONTHLY SEASONAL RATE FOR (MAY-AUG) (Two People) $390.00 Per Month Plus Elect.                 4 Months Seasonal - $1560.00 Paid in Advance and Non Refundable.                 5th Month Seasonal - $390.00 Plus Electric for Month to Month. MOBILE HOME RATES     The lot rental for each single wide mobile is $345.00 plus electric and for double wide mobile home is $355.00 plus electric per month. Cost for natural gas is also the responsibility of the mobile home owner. The Park provides, at no cost to the mobile home owner, cable, water, sewer and trash pick-up. All mobile homes are privately owned no rentals are authorized. Must be owner occupied for any guest to reside in the mobile. All guest staying more than 10 days will be subject to a daily fee and must be registered at the office.
